Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase and so if you are not completely satisfied with your BEPPS Snacks order. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return: your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with the box label still in tact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Most perishable goods are not available eligible for a refund but every application will be looked at on a case by case basis. 

To start a return: the first step is to email us at hello@beppssnacks.com where if your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to return your order and will send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for inspection upon receipt of your return. Following inspection, we’ll notify you as to whether or not the criteria for a full or partial refund have been met. Please allow 5-7 business working days for your bank or credit card company to process your refund and for it to select in your account.

 Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened goods.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
