What do you do when you want to place an order?
BEPPS Snacks / Veden Star Limited conducts a protected online purchasing system that runs 24 hours 7 days a week, allowing you to be able to order online at any time. To order online, please choose items to go in your basket and advance to the checkout. We accept these credit cards: MasterCard/Visa/Amex /Visa Debit.
Once you have finished the purchasing process and checked out your order, confirmation will be shown online, we recommend you print this for your records. You will then immediately be emailed your order confirmation when order is completed. Please ensure your email address has been entered correctly and that we are not going to SPAM or JUNK. If you have not received an email within 24 hours, please contact us. The payment will be debited from your account on the day your order is placed.
What are our delivery charges and dates?
Delivery charges vary in all companies online, but at Veden star Limited we look after our customers and offer great delivery prices. As with orders over £20 you will get free standard delivery! But purchases of the taster pack will have an extra delivery charge.
All our orders are processed and dispatched via First Class Royal Mail and they should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Our shipping options apply to UK. For orders to anywhere outside of the UK then there could be extra tariffs and shipping costs, please email us before placing an order to see if there is a changed shipping cost.
Whilst we put full effort into delivering on the quoted dates. We cannot be accountable to any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or a third party arising out of any failure to meet agreed delivery dates.
When multiple products are ordered, they do not always have the same dispatch time, so dispatch will have to hold on until all products are available to be sent. If you want products sent separately then please email us at email@example.com. The dispatch time is not included in the delivery date because the dispatch time varies depending on the product.
What do you do if you miss your delivery?
If you have missed your order with Royal Mail, there will be a delivery attempt card that will have instructions to collect your order. Please make sure you collect your order as quickly as possible as it will be sent back to us which will result in you receiving a return fee charged to your account.
Is your transaction really safe?
At BEPPS Snacks our priority is making sure your purchase is 100% protected. We use modern high-quality encryption technology to ensure that your card and personal information cannot be seized during the buying process. So, you are protected when ordering with us.
Ownership and risks
When the Goods have been delivered, all risk and responsibility of the damage to, or loss of, the Goods shall pass to you. Regardless of delivery and the passing of risk of the Goods, or any other provision of these conditions, the ownership of the Goods will not pass to you until we have received the payment for the Goods. Until then the ownership cannot be passed on.
What should you do if you want to cancel or return your order?
We hope this would never happen, however, you can cancel your order up until seven working days from the day after receiving your order you can do this by writing to us saying you want to return. Take note this does not apply to all items. Please make sure that the order number, product description, and reason for return and whether you require either a replacement or refund is given to us. All orders must be sent back in the same condition as it was supplied within 15 days from the date you received your order. The purchase cost will be refunded (excluding return postage cost) to you and processed to the card you made the payment with, all within 30 days.

We retain the right to adjust the terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to keep updated with the terms and conditions so make sure you check regularly. if you disagree with the adjustments you must immediately stop using the site!
We have taken care in the creation of the website, especially making sure the. prices quoted are correct and all products are described. Conversely, orders can only be processed if there are no errors in pricing or product descriptions.
We have also taken care in the colour of our products on the website to match our products. On the other hand, not all users will see the same imagine due to monitor quality. Which is why we suggest getting a taster box before full order if you have a potential issue with the colouring.
We have endeavoured to ensure that this website is free from viruses or faults. but, sadly we cannot assure that your use of this website or any linked websites won't cause damage to your computer.
